The apartment is composed of a modern kitchen with a comfortable sized sitting room that through a window and a balcony, reveals a fantastic sea view.
Most of the furniture is wooden, the table, chairs, the sideboard and also the two sofas of which two are sofa beds. Two master bedrooms: one with a small balcony and sea view, the other one opens onto the alleys.
The bathroom has been recently restored, has the shower cubicle.
But the pride of this apartment is the upstairs… A wide private terrace accessible via a comfortable spiral staircase, is very well kept and private, it works as a solarium in the peacefulness of the day or as a dining area in the cool evenings. It has a big table, chairs, barbecue-on-wheels, two built in benches and a lovely fountain.
